At this point, I think that we can all agree that the GT-R is the golden child that aftermarket companies have been dreaming of. There is no shortage of parts in the pipeline for this beast. Apex has thrown their hat into the ring with a new exhaust for Nissan’s R35 GT-R. Apex has changed the exhaust’s grouping in order to gain more power, rather than following the OEM 1 to 2 to 4 design they have done a 1 to 4 in order to reduce exhaust gas turbulence.
The main portion of the exhaust is done in SUS304 steel, and the rear is full titanium. This should allow for a reasonable price while weighing in much lighter than the stock unit.

I think the first thing that comes to mind when looking at Mazda’s latest line up is , “why is it smiling at me?” . No seriously. Kenstyle has released a packaged that will make Mazda Axela (Mazda 3) owners smile too. Their new aero package is available for both four and five door models, it definitely adds a European touring flare to the vehicle.
The kit is made of a flexible urethane; durability under normal road conditions should not be a concern. As with all Kenstyle products expect OEM fitment, they are currently being offered as dealer options in certain Japanese dealerships.

Audi’s A5 has curves that any one can love. The 3.2 liter v6 makes the package even better. AWE Tuning has found the icing on the cake with the release of their exhaust system for the A5. Using 2.5 inch piping, AWE dials up the power of the A5 while accenting the exhaust of the v6. What could be better? AWE has 3 versions of this exhaust: Dual 90 mm tips, Quad 80 mm, and Quad 90 mm (Quad tips models have been designed to work with the S5 real valence).
Click through for the video, the exhaust note is good.

This is geared for a really niche market, but if you are in the market for a Procharger Supercharger this may be right up your alley. They have engineered a new gearset that will minimize the distinctive centrifugal supercharger whine. Stealth is better, right? TMS – 272* / 9.45mm lift

TMS – 280* / 10.4mm lift
Titan Motorsports camshafts also have what may be one of the best money back guarantees in the business too. Their 30 day money back guarantee sounds pretty standard until you realize that you are allowed to use and tune your car with the camshafts and if you don’t like the way the car performs after installing them you can still return them in that 30 day period.

When it comes to Nissan’s GT-R it looks like titanium is the material of choice. We can understand too, its lightweight nature allows owner to effectively cut weight from stock pieces they replace. Zele has released two titanium exhaust pieces: their FZ-Titanium Muffler Type1 and FZ-Titanium Front Pipe. The FZ- Titanium Muffler Type1 is clever weight reducing single exit exhaust for the GT-R, the be honest I can’t think of that many on the market. Their front pipe is a good way to free up exhaust gasses on your GT-R with 70mm openings and a 80 mm exit.

When it comes to hybrid cars, there are many players in the game but the Prius is leading the pack. It would make sense for tuning companies to focus their efforts more towards hybrids. Kenstyle is no different, recently they announced the shipping of their newest aero package for the lastest version of the Toyota Prius. While aero styling really comes down to aesthetic choice, I believe it well worth it to look into it if you own a new Prius.

Kei and City cars are gaining more popularity these days. Suzuki’s Wagon R is included in the line up, and who could resist it? DAMD has release a new body styling package that raises the bar on the Wagon R’s aesthetics. The kit features modification to the front and rear valences, side skirts, rear wing, and I what I consider to be a landmark grille. DAMD has consulted with RSR to complete the look by adding an appropriate stance to match the luxury styling.

Bigger pipe diameter, check. Lighter, check. Mine’s is one of the world’s best GTR tuners, few can dispute that. Their attention to detail can be seen in this kit, even more so that they have found new ways to release power that most have over looked. The inner diameter of the new kit is 60mm large when compared to the stock unit’s 45mm. Horsepower gains are listed between 20 -30hp.
