The MazdaSpeed3 is a car loved by so many. Affordable, great power, compact, and aftermarket support. The first thing that most people ask is how much power can this make. Stoptech asks how fast can we stop it. They answer the question quite well with the release of their new big brake kit. Stoptech infused all of their racing experience into each of their parts and it shows. The kit consists of ”a pair of slotted or drilled floating directional AeroRotors with billet aluminum AeroHat, billet aluminum mounting brackets with stainless steel hubs, DOT-compliant stainless steel braided Teflon brake lines, high performance street pads and forged, high performance, patented calipers.” [source: stoptech]

While there is no shortage in exhaust options for the Nissan GTR, finding one with no Titanium burn is another story. In steps this beautiful full exhaust from UK manufacturer Milltek. The full exhaust system is comprised of Milltek’s Y-Piece complete with flex joints, connecting pipe, link pipe, rear silencer assembly and 4 x GT127 tailpipes. While the tailpipes are considerably larger than stock, the fully polished finish gives a cleaner, less flashy feel than most titanium offerings. No performance numbers are available from Milltek as of now, but with the company’s great reputation, you can bet that this exhaust will be a great addition to any GTR.

Mine’s is amongst the best names in the world when it comes to GTR tuning. They have recently announced the release of their “Super Camshaft Shore Pro II” and Titanium downpipe for the R35 GTR. The specs on the new camshaft provide a great improvement on lift and duration over the stock units. As with all camshafts, power is relational to the tune, we look forward to seeing power numbers from these.
Coming in at a feather-weight 3.6kg, Mine’s Titanium straight pipe is a must have. The car’s secondary catalytic converters are removed to free up power and replaced with two resonators in order to keep the exhaust note at a manageable level.
