The world has accepted Toyota’s 3rd Generation Prius with open arms, its becoming the standard upon which compact hybrids are based. The tuning community has noticed as well, releasing a furry of product since its release. Tom’s has announced the release of their Advox coilover for the Prius; owners are now able to enjoy improved maneuverability, firmer ride when compared to factory, and a more aggressive stance. Height adjustability ranges from +20 mm to -30mm in the front and a range of – 10mm to -40mm in the rear.

Similar to the S2000 subframe kit released earlier by Spoon, the kit for the GE8 really cleans up things dramatically. The kit provides sleeves for the usual subframe bolts. The inclusion of these bolts greatly minimizes the lateral movements of the subframe, providing a much more stable vehicle.

Cusco has announced their new suspension set, Compact Zero2. This class of suspension targets the “city car” automobile segment. Their first offering is for the Honda Fit, the kit provides the following: spring preload adjustment independent of height setting and five levels of damper adjustment in the front and eight levels of damper adjustment in the rear. The Compact Zero2 allow for a 0-55mm range in height adjustment for the front of the Fit and 30-55mm in the rear.
